- Leadership of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Asset maintenance.
- Member and customer service.
- Management of a significant operational and capital expenditure budget.
- Project delivery.
- Health, Safety and Compliance &
- Operational performance reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management in a large-scale asset environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g.: engineering, business or operations management)
- Strong budget management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Commitment to health, safety, and compliance.
- Continuous process improvement mindset.
- Collaborative leader fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
