SOUTH WEST IRRIGATION ASSET COOPERATIVE
Kevin Warburton, Chair, has owned and run a Holstein diary stud farm in Brunswick Junction for 38 years. Kevin’s family has a deep connection to Harvey Water, with his family being part of the irrigation scheme for three generations. He served 15 years on the Kemerton Community Advisory Group and is a former Vice-President of the Dairy section of the WA Farmers Federation. Kevin was elected to the Board of SWIAC in 2013 and was appointed Chair in November 2015. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Owen McLean was appointed to the SWIAC Board as a member Director in November 2021 and is a member of the Audit Committee. Owen has a civil engineering background with more than 25 years’ experience in strategic planning, project delivery and contract management. Together with his wife and two children Owen is establishing a 1ha orchard in Uduc. Owen has been involved with various community sporting associations as well as managed/coached several junior sports teams.

Keith Halliwell was appointed to the SWIAC Board as a non-member Director in January 2019. Keith is a finance executive with more than 35 years’ experience in a range of roles and industries in Australia and overseas. Keith's experience includes executive management with Capricorn Society and non-executive Director of Synerject LLc for more than 10 years. Keith is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a Graduate and Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors.

SOUTH WEST IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE
Samuel Epiro, Chair, is a dairy and beef farmer in the Harvey area. Sam has previously worked in Local Government and holds a qualification in cooperative and mutual leadership. Before commencing as Chair, Sam was Deputy Chair of SWIMCO. Sam is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kevin Depiazzi, Deputy Chair, is a dairy farmer in Dardanup. After completing a Certificate in Agricultural Mechanics in 1980, he joined his father and brother on the family dairy farm. Kevin has more than 25 years’ experience in irrigation issues with a particular interest in the Collie Irrigation District. Kevin was elected to the Board of SWIMCO in 2009 and is a member of the Audit Committee.
Keith Halliwell was appointed to the SWIMCO Board as a non-member Director in January 2019. Keith is a finance executive with more than 35 years’ experience in a range of roles and industries in Australia and overseas. Keith's experience includes executive management with Capricorn Society and non-executive Director of Synerject LLc for more than 10 years. Keith is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is the Chief Financial Officer of an aerospace engineering company in Perth.

Charlie Capogreco was appointed to the SWIMCO board in 2021. After numerous years of running his own engineering business, Charlie began his farming career in Harvey growing grapes and tomato's. Following time spent in Harvey, Charlie, with his sons, relocated to Waroona . Charlie has served 12 years as a Rotarian, 12 years as a volunteer Ambulance Officer and 12 years as the Vice President of the Harvey Italian Club.

Clayton Minson was elected to the Board of SWIMCO in 2018. Clayton is also a member of the Audit Committee. After being educated in Perth, Clayton completed a Dairy Traineeship with a Certificate III in Agriculture. Together with his wife and three children Clayton owns and operates a successful dairy and beef business in Roelands.

Michael Dagostino was appointed to the SWIMCO Board as the Harvey Member Director in 2020.
Michael was born in Harvey and now spends a lot of time in Harvey with his two young children. He has been a practicing solicitor for over 25 years that has seen him working on the multi-billion dollar Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project producing one of the nation’s biggest liquefied natural gas hubs. Michael currently holds a seat on the Serpentine-Jarrahdale Council, and various other private boards and community sporting associations including being Chair to Equestrian in the Park |
