FormsHarvey Water is a customer service business, delivering water to cooperative members. Each member holds Shares and corresponding Transferable Water Entitlement (TWE) i.e. 1 Share/TWE = 1 ML. When a member sells their property, generally they will include their entire allocation of Shares and corresponding TWE, but not always; this is the member’s choice. Real Estate Agents must ensure that if a member is selling their TWE with the property that the quantity of Shares/TWE is included on the ‘Contract of Sale’. Settlement Agents must lodge a Harvey Water Account Enquiry form with Harvey Water along with the Administration fee at least 2 weeks prior to Settlement.
