Bradd Hamersley - Chief Executive OfficerBradd was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in May 2017. Bradd grew up in the Wheatbelt before moving to the South-West in his teens. Bradd joins Harvey Water after 13 years with the diversified construction contractor, John Holland Pty Ltd. At John Holland Bradd held a number of senior roles including Bid Director on the $430m Goulburn Murray Water Project Reset and Regional Construction Manager for Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and New Zealand. He holds a Master of Business Administration and post graduate degrees in Employment Relations and Occupational Health and Safety.

Robyn Fenech - Precontracts ManagerRobyn Fenech commenced in the position of Precontracts Manager with Harvey Water in September 2018. Her role covers the areas of business development and customer services and contracts involving nearly 1,000 irrigation, industry and retail customers. For 19 years prior to joining Harvey Water Robyn owned a consultancy business based in Bunbury, with projects and clients from numerous industry sectors across regional WA. She has a keen interest in regional economic development and the infrastructure that underpins growth in the Bunbury Geographe region and is the inaugural chair of the Bunbury Development Committee.

Stephen Cook - Operations ManagerStephen joined Harvey Water as part of the project team in 2008. He is responsible for the operations, asset development and maintenance functions of the cooperative. Stephen has extensive managerial experience spanning over 20 years in many different countries across a broad spectrum of industries. He has a graduate diploma in management (UK) and a diploma in OHS from IFAP.

Bruce Hathway - Chief financial officerBruce joined Harvey Water in March 2019. He grew up in the north eastern wheatbelt town of Kalannie, before completing schooling in Perth. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years Finance experience, both in Australia and abroad. Bruce has a graduate degree in Business, with postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Governance and Finance/Investment.

Richard Yates - Water Services Manager
Richard joined Harvey Water in April 2007 and brings an extensive knowledge in farming. Growing up on his parent farm in Zimbabwe, he completed his schooling in the UK before settling in Australia. Richard worked with the Department of Agriculture before joining Harvey Water as Water Services Manager.

Todd Wilson - Works ManagerTodd joined Harvey Water in January 2000. Todd has worked his way through the organisation before assuming his current position as Works Manager. Todd has a long pedigree in farming with the family home surrounded by stud rams which he and his three sons enjoy showing every year, taking home many exhibition prizes.

TAMARA DEMEZA- EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATORTamara joined Harvey Water in 2016 working through the company to her current position of Executive Administrator. Aside from providing high level administration support, Tamara manages various support functions including human resources, information technology and our commercial facilities. Tamara is a long term South West resident and is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in human resources management.
