BRUCE HATHWAY - Chief Executive OfficerBruce joined Harvey Water in March 2019. He grew up in the north eastern wheatbelt town of Kalannie, before completing schooling in Perth. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years Finance experience, both in Australia and abroad. Bruce has a graduate degree in Business, with postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Governance and Finance/Investment. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

annmarie diamond - chief financial officerAnnmarie joined Harvey Water in March 2024, having previously held the position of General Manager Financial Services at Aqwest (Bunbury Water). She has held senior financial roles in a range of different industries, including logistics, mining and not for profit. Annmarie is a CPA with over 25 years'experience. She grew up on the Granite Belt, in Southeast Queensland.

Stephen Cook - project managerStephen joined Harvey Water as part of the project team in 2008 as part of the Harvey Pipe Project team. He is responsible for the operations, asset development and maintenance functions of the cooperative. Stephen has extensive managerial experience spanning over 20 years in many different countries across a broad spectrum of industries. He has a graduate diploma in management (UK) and a diploma in OHS from IFAP.

Peter Knill - Operations ManagerPeter joined Harvey Water in June 2025, having previously held various roles at Murray Irrigation Ltd in NSW managing infrastructure and operations. Originally from Zimbabwe, he also has experience in irrigation design and construction, business management, farming, civil construction and local government.

Richard Yates - Water Services Manager
Richard joined Harvey Water in April 2007 and brings an extensive knowledge in farming. Growing up on his parent farm in Zimbabwe, he completed his schooling in the UK before settling in Australia. Richard worked with the Department of Agriculture before joining Harvey Water as Water Services Manager.

Todd Wilson - Works ManagerTodd joined Harvey Water in January 2000. Todd has worked his way through the organisation before assuming his current position as Works Manager. Todd has a long pedigree in farming with the family home surrounded by stud rams which he and his three sons enjoy showing every year, taking home many exhibition prizes.
