A note to our Members, Customers, Community Partners and Stakeholders on the current COVID-19 situation.
With the growing impact of COVID-19, Harvey Water is fully aware of the business disruption many people are likely to face in coming months.
Aligning with our values of supporting the communities in which we operate, Harvey Water would like to assure water users we plan to continue to deliver our full range of services, either from our offices in Harvey or remotely if required.
West Australian Premier, Mark McGowan, recently announced that all Government utility charges will be frozen until July 2021 as part of an economic relief package.
Despite being a private Cooperative, Harvey Water, in consideration of the issue, has decided to support the community by also suspending this coming financial year’s price increase for Members, Community users and RWS Customers.
We are mindful that the impacts of COVID-19 will be widely felt across the community.
Harvey Water kindly requests the use of the website and telephone as much as possible (e.g. paying accounts, enquiries etc.) as a means of protecting our Staff.
We will keep Members, Customers, Communities and Stakeholders, updated via the website.
