Harvey Water seeks nominations for two vacancies on the South West Irrigation Management Cooperative Board, and one vacancy on the South West Irrigation Asset Cooperative Board.
The Boards, which are primarily made up from its Member base provides strategic input into Harvey Water’s operations.
Given our dual-cooperative structure, two separate Boards’ are maintained:
- South West Irrigation Asset Cooperative (SWIAC) – provides stewardship over the asset base; and
- South West Irrigation Management Cooperative (SWIMCO) – provides leadership to Harvey Water’s day to day trading activities.
Directorships typically carry a three year term. The vacancy (available through rotation) is:
Member Director – SWIMCO (Waroona District)
Member Director – SWIMCO (Collie River Irrigation District)
Member Director – SWIAC (Harvey/Waroona District)
