Harvey Water seeks nominations for a vacancy on the South West Irrigation Management Cooperative Board.
The Boards, which are primarily made up from its Member base provides strategic input into Harvey Water’s operations.
Given our dual-cooperative structure, two separate Boards’ are maintained:
- South West Irrigation Asset Cooperative (SWIAC) – provides stewardship over the asset base; and
- South West Irrigation Management Cooperative (SWIMCO) – provides leadership to Harvey Water’s day to day trading activities.
Directorships typically carry a three year term. The vacancy (available through rotation) is:
Member Director – SWIMCO (Harvey District).
Separately, the Boards’ will consider nominations for the role of Non-Member Director with the preferred candidate being recommended to the Members at the forthcoming AGM.
