Office Reopening

Dear Members and Customers,
 
Aligning with the State Governments recommendation, Harvey Water will reopen our office to Customers from 8am, Monday February 8th.

Whilst we look forward to seeing you all again, we ask that you consider the health and safety measures that will be put into place to protect our Staff and the community; this includes using the SafeWA app or alternatively a sign in sheet to be completed upon arrival.

If any individuals are experiencing the below symptoms (or have travelled to an “at risk” jurisdiction in the past month), for the safety our Customers and Employees please do not come to the premises:

• Cough;
• Fever;
• Fatigue;
• Sore throat;
• Shortness of breath.

If you are based in the Peel or Perth region, our strong preference is that you conduct any business by correspondence or by telephone.
